GENERAL PROVISIONS

By paying the quoted fee, or submitting an online registration via www.croya.hr, participants commit to participating in the show and agree to all terms, conditions, and deadlines set by the organizer. The person signing the application confirms they are authorized to represent the company.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Online registration is available for Charter Brokers, Yachts, Vendor visitors and Vendor exhibitors. Once the registration is approved, participants will receive payment instructions and an invoice. No onsite registrations are possible for any participant.

The organizer reserves the discretionary right to independently and finally decide on the acceptance of each application and to inform the participant within 96 hours of submission about a possible rejection.

Press – Media from the fields of yachting, luxury lifestyle and travel, global and economic media, and freelance journalists are welcome to contact the CROYA Show Committee at info@croya.hr to receive invitations and further information.

Yacht Crew – Only the crew of vessels participating in the show will be eligible to attend and receive accreditation. The Central Agent will provide further information prior to the event.

VENDOR VISITORS REGISTRATION

Businesses that provide products and services to luxury yachts – including yacht brokers, yacht agents, yacht management companies, fiscal agents, provisioning companies, luxury product and service providers, marinas, refit centers, technology systems and service providers, and other yachting-related businesses – are eligible to register for the show,

The maximum number of visitors allowed per company is 3. Registrations can be transferred between individuals within the same company.

Visitor:   

180  EUR / person / day + 25% VAT

400 EUR / person for all three days of the show + 25 % VAT

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VENDOR VISITORS

All registration fees are non-refundable.

In the event of a complete cancellation of the show due to force majeure, the participants have the right to a refund of funds received, less bank fees.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, the organiser may change the venue, shorten, postpone or temporarily shut down the show, partially or completely.  Such changes do not entitle participants to indemnification from the organiser. The organiser is obliged to promptly inform registered companies of any such changes. Participants do not have the right to cancel their participation as a result of such changes.

On the first day of attendance, participants will receive passes at the registration desk. The official pass is issued in the name of the person who is its only authorized user. Passes must be worn at all times while on show premises. Random checks will be conducted throughout the event.

WORKING HOURS

The Exhibition area will be open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday through Sunday.

Yacht viewings will be open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday through Sunday, with a break for charter brokers’ lunches from 1PM to 2:30 PM.

The organizer may extend the opening hours of the show for special events, and will notify all involved in due time.

PHOTOS, AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

By participating in the CROYA Charter Show, participants consent to the CROYA recording their images and/or taking photographs. Participants also agree to the publication and sharing of their personal data, including images, in CROYA bulletins, on social media accounts, and on CROYA’s corporate web pages. Additionally, participants grant the CROYA the express right to share their images with press and media outlets, as well as third parties, for publication in press releases.

CONSENT TO USE CONTACT DATA OF PARTICIPANTS

By registering for the CROYA Charter Show through the online registration form available on the official website of the organizer (www.croya.hr), participants consent to the use and processing of their contact data by the CROYA  for one-to-one communication and marketing purposes. Participants are informed that their data will be handled in accordance with GDPR, ensuring their rights to access, rectify, or delete their data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

This consent includes the potential sharing of data with third parties as necessary for the stated purposes.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In the event of any dispute resulting from non-compliance or differing interpretations of the Terms & Conditions, the organizer, exhibitor, and visitor agree that the Courts in Split, Croatia shall have jurisdiction.

VENDOR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

By submitting the application for participation in the exhibition, the exhibitor and the organizer enter into a written agreement for the lease of exhibition space and additional services. The application is irrevocable and binds both parties. All applications are strictly related to the registered companies. The registered exhibitor has no right to sublet the exhibition space to third parties, and if this occurs, the exhibitor will be excluded from the exhibition, and double participation fees will be charged. The exhibitor may only display products and promote partners of which they are the manufacturer or authorized representative. The exhibitor may only exhibit equipment and products listed in the application, adhering to the provisions of this contract, and is obliged to provide the organizer with a list of services they intend to offer and exhibits they plan to display for approval.

Exhibitor: 

4*4 booth  – Price: 3.300,00 EUR VAT included. The price includes 4 tickets per booth. 

3*3 booth – Price: 2.900,00 EUR VAT included. The price includes 3 tickets per booth.

One additional representative is allowed per booth. The price is 400 EUR  for all three  days of the show + 25 % VAT

EXHIBITION SPACE

The organizer offers exhibitors a furnished exhibition space, and the exhibitor may request additional equipment in writing, for which the organizer will issue an invoice. Exhibitors are obliged to use the rented space in a way that does not interfere with the work of the organizer, other exhibitors, other service users, and visitors. The exhibitor is obliged to deliver all exhibits at least 48 hours before the opening of the exhibition; if they fail to do so and do not provide a written explanation, the organizer has the right to freely dispose of the allocated space without explanation to the exhibitor. This right includes the authority to vacate the space and offer it to a third party, while the exhibitor remains obligated to pay the full participation fee for the entire duration of the exhibition, as well as the costs of vacating the space. After the exhibition ends, the exhibitor is obliged to return the booth and additional equipment to the organizer in its original condition. Otherwise, they must compensate the organizer for any damage to the space or equipment. The exhibitor must vacate the exhibition space and remove the exhibits no later than 24 hours after the exhibition closes; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to remove the items at the exhibitor’s expense. Any modification of the furnished exhibition space by the exhibitor must be announced to the organizer in writing, who reserves the discretionary right to accept or reject the request. If the exhibitor violates this rule or expands the assigned exhibition space without authorization to areas not allocated by the organizer, the organizer has the right to close that space, remove the exhibitor, and issue an invoice for the costs of participation and any damages.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION

If the exhibitor requests in writing to withdraw their application for participation, the organizer will independently decide on accepting the request. The parties, namely the organizer and the exhibitor, agree that the organizer will not accept cancellations submitted 60 days or less before the start of the exhibition, and in such cases, the exhibitor will be charged the full amount specified in the application. If the exhibitor requests to withdraw the application 60 or more days before the exhibition begins, and if the organizer accepts the request, the parties agree that the organizer will charge 50% of the amount specified in the application.

INSURANCE

The exhibitor is responsible for insuring all exhibits at the exhibition. The organizer is not liable for any damage to equipment, or other exhibits caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or other factors. During the exhibition and the use of space, the exhibitor is required to be continuously present in the exhibition space during working hours, either personally or through a representative, taking care of all exhibits and equipment at their own expense. The organizer is not responsible for any form of damage or loss of the exhibitor’s items and equipment, whether owned or rented by the exhibitor, resulting from negligence, theft, fire, or similar incidents within the exhibition space. The exhibitor must pay special attention to equipment or other exhibits that require extra care because they fall into the category of easily flammable or otherwise hazardous materials. In the event that damage occurs to the organizer due to such exhibits or for any other reason attributable to the exhibitor, the exhibitor is obliged to compensate the damage according to the invoice issued by the organizer.

EXHIBITION WORKING HOURS

The Exhibition area will be open from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday through Sunday. The organizer may extend the opening hours of the show for special events, and will notify all involved in due time. The exhibitor’s representative is obliged to be present in the exhibition space at least 15 minutes before the start of the exhibition and leave the space no earlier than 15 minutes after the exhibition closes.

EXHIBITION WORKING DIRECT SALES, PRESENTATIONS, AND OTHER EVENTS DURING THE EXHIBITION

For direct sales of their products, the exhibitor must obtain all necessary permits and comply with all legal requirements, as well as submit a list of products they intend to sell during the exhibition and request written approval from the organizer. All presentations or other events that the exhibitor intends to organize within their exhibition space must be announced to the organizer in writing in advance, and the organizer will independently decide on their approval.

Exhibitors, in this context, waive all copyright claims and have no right to record such materials without special permission from the organizer, except within their own exhibition space. The exhibitor may distribute their promotional materials to visitors only within the rented space. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to confiscate and remove any promotional materials found outside the assigned booth.

CLEANING OF EXHIBITION SPACES

The organizer is responsible for cleaning the exhibition aisles, entrances, and other common areas used by all exhibitors and visitors. Cleaning of booths and exhibits is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

In the event of any dispute resulting from non-compliance or differing interpretations of the Terms & Conditions, the organizer, exhibitor, and visitor agree that the Courts in Split, Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
