• 17:00–17:30: Chefs’ Competition Briefing for registered chefs and chief steward/esses (at Hotel Ambasador)
• 17:30–18:00: Cocktail Competition Briefing for registered chief steward/esses (at Hotel Ambasador)
• 18:00–18:30: Captain’s Safety Briefing for captains and central agents (at Hotel Ambasador)
• 19:30–21:30: Captain’s Dinner (at Hotel Ambasador), sponsored by GrECo Insurance

28.09. – Monday

• 09:30–17:30: Exhibition area open
• 08:30–09:00: Seminar for Captains: “Unlimited Area Certification” (Adria Libar)
• 09:30–12:30: Yacht viewings
• 10:00–17:30: Chefs’ and Tablescaping Competition
• 12:00–12:30: Official Show Opening (location TBC)
• 12:30–14:30: Lunch break
• 14:30–17:30: Yacht viewings
• 20:00–02:00: Show Welcome Party for brokers, exhibitors & visitors (location TBC)

29.09. – Tuesday

• 09:30–17:30: Exhibition area open
• 09:00–09:30: Seminar: “Croatia’s Upper Crest: A Charter Guide to Istra, Kvarner & North Dalmatia” (Kruna Šolić Sutlović from Croatian National Tourist Board)
• 09:30–12:30: Yacht viewings
• 10:00–17:00: Designer Water Competition by CYBA
• 12:30–14:30: Lunch break
• 14:30–17:30: Yacht viewings
• 17:30–20:00: Yacht Hop Parties

• 09:00–09:30: Seminar: “Croatian Charter & VAT Rules” (Maja Ban from MYS Yachting)
• 09:30–12:30: Yacht viewings
• 10:00–17:00: Cocktail Competition
• 12:30–14:30: Lunch break
• 14:30–17:30: Yacht viewings
• 17:30–18:30: Chefs’ and Tablescaping Competition, CYBA Water Competition and Cocktail Competition Awards Ceremony (for registered yachts, with all crew, event sponsors, press, and charter brokers)
• 18:30–24:00: Crew “Thank You” Party (location TBC)

City Tour of Split

From 16:00 to 17:30 on all four days of the show, participants can enjoy a complimentary city tour of Split with a professional tourist guide (meeting point: registration desk).

Registration must be confirmed by 12:00 each day due to the limited number of participants per group.
